1. Standard storage - Small to Large bags : RM8/bag/day
2. Prolonged storage - 5days and more. Small to Large bags : RM5/bag/day
3. Oversized* luggage and Others: RM10/bag/day (including sports/music equipment)

*Oversized: bigger than 67cm x 46cm x 31cm

MEET UP RATES
1. RM10/trip around KL city
2. RM15/trip outside KL city (Klang Valley)
3. RM40/airport trip

1. These terms and conditions apply to the use of our websites, use of our web or mobile applications and use of our products and services. By accessing our website, using our Service, procuring our products/services and using our web or mobile applications, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions (the “Agreement”). Furthermore, you agree that all information you provide us is accurate, correct and up to date and that you will notify us of any changes immediately should there be changes to the information that you provided us.

2. All bookings and spaces are on first-come-first serve basis.  Please check with us the availability of space before booking.  In case you already made booking/payment and we do not have the space to accommodate your luggage, we will issue full refund to you.

3. All bookings and confirmations must be made at least 2 days before the appointed drop off time. Should you require our service at a last minute, we will charge you extra fee of RM20.00.

4. MoonLight Baggers business hour is from 9.00am - 8.00pm.  Should you require your luggage outside our business hour, a fee of RM30.00 will be applicable.

5. The specified date/time by you for pick-up and delivery must be accurate.  Please be punctual.  If your flight arrives at 9.00am, your pick up time should be 10.00am. This will allow you time for passport clearance and etc.  Do inform us if there is a flight delay.  Waiting time will be charged RM35 for the first 20minutes and RM17.50 for the consecutive 20minutes.

6. All paid luggage storage must follow the size limit.  Oversized luggage will be charged extra RM10.00 per bag.

7. Your luggage, box or container must be strong, durable and locked.  We will not accept your luggage for storage if you did not lock your luggage.  You can purchase padlock from us in advance and we will bring with us when we pick up your luggage.

8. MoonLight Baggers is not interested with the items in your luggage. We will not answer to any claim that items in your luggage is missing.  We are committed to serve our customers with high integrity.

9. Items of a live nature (animals or plants), illegal drugs, flammable goods or food stuffs may NOT be stored. If for any reason such items are discovered, your luggage will be disposed of (without compensation) or given to the Police.

10. If someone other than yourself is to collect your luggage, you must give them the original storage receipt and a letter of authority, plus a detailed description of your luggage so they can identify it.

11. Luggage left unpaid for 3 months or longer will be given to charity and no compensation offered.

12. Payments can be made via PayPal (personal PayPal account is not needed to pay PayPal).

13. Storage fees must be paid in full. No refund will be offered should you cut short your storage duration.

14. Last minute cancelation on pick up day will result in penalty of up to 30% of the total fee paid.

15. MoonLight Baggers does not sell or share information to unrelated third parties.

16. Please note that Malaysian laws (Dangerous Drugs Act 1980) impose the death penalty for drug trafficking.

Here at MoonLight Baggers we provide mobile bag drop services to and from your preferred location in the KL city.

How does this work you ask? Simple.

Step 1.
Check our prices and send us a request via:

Step 2.
We will contact you to confirm bookings and details.

Step 3.
Once details are agreed, we’ll send a payment request via Paypal (paypal.me/MoonlightBaggers) and send you a receipt upon payment, along with details and pictures of the Bagman (person) and BagMobile (car) meeting you at the designated spot.
[Note: personal PayPal account is not required to when paying via PayPal. It works just like other payment portals] 

Step 4.
We will meet you at the agreed point and you can drop your bags in safe hands and be free to travel!

Step 5.
Once you’ve returned from sightseeing, 3 day trip or that awesome long vacation, we’ll have your bags sent back to you be it at the airport, hotel or any where else in the KL city.
